The latest band to impact the hot Australian rock scene, BUGDUST, step up with a no holds barred approach at modern rock.

In a music climate enjoying the long awaited re-emergence of rock, the BUGDUST blend of dynamic crunching guitar rock, driving rhythms, addictive melodies and amazing three part vocal harmonies is set to take a serious grip on rock fans wrestling with the challenge of finding music of the 'sweaty, honest, rock-belt classification'. BUGDUST have entered the auditorium with four fists in the air to proudly deliver an offering of rock n roll packed with riff driven hooks and rhythms, delivered with energetic passion - both on disc and on stage.

BUGDUST are no strangers to the live gig experience having already forayed into the arena on tour alongside fellow champions of Australian rock Grinspoon, 28 Days & Pacifier.icon The band is also extremely proactive   on the live circuit in hometown Melbourne. The respect is already on record from their peers as the band is primed to take it to the next level.

BUGDUST write their original material as a band; a four way formula of 'balls to the wall' rock and roll enjoyed by live audiences and finally becoming available on disc. The 'SET TO SNAP' EP was released throughout Australia and New Zealand in 2005, and features four hard-hitting, gutsy tracks.

Their debut album "Welcome to the City of Snakes" was recorded at Sonic Ranch and produced by Neil Kernon (Sex Pistols, Queen, Cannibal Corpse & Judas Priest). "Welcome to the City of Snakes" has just been released in Australia/New Zealand and with North American/European release dates planned for early 2008, BUGDUST will be relentlessly touring throughout the Australian summer.
